Urban Photography London: Big Ben in Winter
Street Photography London – Capturing the Sights!
Braving the streets of London in early winter – chilly to say the least. I came across these two delightful women photographing Big Ben. It was like stepping back in time to a different era. I could not resist and bagged the shot!

Photographers – ‘Stand Your Ground’
London Street Photography Festival 2011
Great video showing the daily challenges London Street Photographers face. Detailed insights into the legal aspect of photographing in public spaces. Fantastic to hear the police say to the photographers that ‘no law is being broken’ when taking these shots in London. Great to see that the police have now been trained in how to deal with photographers on the street - the same cannot be said for security on private estates. Security really do show that if they can stop photographers they will! Times are changing and we should all lobby to change how private companies stop creativity by enforcing petty rules. The law is not being broken and these photographers are clearly working in a creative way. Photographers Stand Your Ground. Essential Watching.
