What a beautiful day – last days of Summer. Blue sky but Autumn is approaching. Wild wind blowing and leaves turning brown. The last of the Green still showing. This shot was taken by using a slow shutter speed and zooming out at the same time as releasing the shutter. Zooooommmm…..
Try different shutter speeds and subjects for a variety of different effects.

What a Day for a Day Dream
Day Dreaming Guy
The day was moving fast around this guy. The Thames Festival was hotting up – people rushing to take part in the Festival’s activities. But this guy sat just chilling. Taking in the view. Enjoying the River Thames and Westminster, reading a book and from time to time just stopping to take in the view. I love this guy – just enjoying a Day Dream!

Thames Festival 2011
The Thames Festival is always very exciting on London’s South Bank. Returning every year in September the Festival celebrates the cultural diversity of London. This is one huge party which runs all weekend. Traders display their vibrant stalls. This stall holder sold organic fruit. Red crispy apples, who could resist to take a bite?
